What this agreement covers
This Agreement governs your use of the Site and Countrywide Promotions services. The Service permits customers that have an appropriate relationship either with: corporations, small businesses, elementary and secondary schools, institutions of higher learning, or other organizations, to design and purchase custom merchandise properly describing that relationship. You understand that by using the Site and the Service, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you agree to use the Site and the Service solely as provided in this Agreement.
Return Policy
Countrywide Promotions goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our business, all orders a unique to each customer and can not be resold if returned. Because of this, all sales are final. If a refund and exchange are approved, that determination is solely made by Countrywide Promotions. It is solely up to Countrywide Promotions to decide if a return or exchange is warranted. Refunds are offered as replacement items or in-house credit for future purchase.
Right to use Copyrights, Trademarks, and Property Rights
The burden of determining that any material is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right rests with you. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses, except as may be permitted by copyright law, from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed by the use of any material protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right. A customer may not use any logo or other graphic material in a manner in which may infringe on copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary mark. A customer also may not use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. We assume no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. You agree to indemnify and hold Countrywide Promotions harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by Countrywide Promotions, Inc. by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional products ordered by the customer through Countrywide Promotions.

Countrywide Promotions reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
